Shipping policy

Every HIFS CUIR order is packed and shipped with the same care that goes into making it. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Each belt is quality- checked and packed by hand before it leaves us, so please allow this window even for prepaid orders.

Delivery timelines

Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates exclude our 1–2 day processing time, and may vary during sale periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your order right up to delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most pincodes across India, subject to courier serviceability. COD orders may take slightly longer to process than prepaid orders due to additional verification.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping isn't available yet — follow us or check back on this page for updates as we expand.

Address accuracy & delivery attempts

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts before the order is returned to us.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately, or reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us right away so we can investigate with the courier.
